This morning I overheard Kendrick in the bathroom, playing with his trains on the toilet. He had his Percy and James trains sitting on the toilet lid.
"Percy, have a yucky? James is tooting. I'll help you."
A few seconds later, "Percy, all done? Done with your yucky? James, all done tooting?"
It was all I could do to not burst into laughter. I love this boy. I think he's ready to be potty trained. Lord willing we will begin that endeavor after Christmas.
Later today I found Kendrick staring up at the Christmas tree. I said, "Are you looking at the tree?"
"Oh yes. Looking up in the tree." Then he lifted up his finger and pointed at the tree. "Zaccheus, you come down! Going to your house today."
Did I mention that I love this boy?
Camden is doing well - growing like crazy. He had his 2 month check up today. He weighed in at 14 pounds, 11 ounces and is in the 99th percentile. My mom said he's taking after his Uncle Chad. Camden also got his first shots today, poor boy. Kendrick wanted to hold his hand while the nurses were giving him the shots. I let him sit up next to Camden - it was so sweet, how protective Kendrick was of his brother. We're having fun here in our little apartment. I'm praising God for these wonderful boys He has given me.
