Silliness

We had a wonderful evening at home last night. It was our first night home since our family trip with absolutely NOTHING to do. And it was amazing. We had macaroni and cheese, laid around, played hide and seek, Kendrick got to jump on his bed AND in Camden's crib, and we were just generally silly.

Here's a picture of something Kendrick was up to last night . . .

Yes, he is attempting to feed Woody. He has all the right tools - a boppy pillow, nursing cover and burp cloth. But alas, he is not a female and has no milk . . . and how should one go about explaining this to a 2-year-old boy who thinks it is cool to "nurse" like mommy? :)

Here's Camden in his newest Chinese outfit from his Uncle Gabe. The top fits him perfectly, but the bottoms are really wide. I found this funny because I just assumed that Chinese babies would be a lot smaller than American babies. Especially this American baby that has been wearing 9-month clothes since he was 4-months old.

In other news, by God's grace and through a lot of hard work, I've lost 20 pounds in the past 6 1/2 weeks. Pretty awesome stuff. Praising the Lord for that. I'm grateful to be almost back to my pre-Kendrick weight. God is good.
